Reliance Team Joint Venture has been performing contracts on a large cross section of various

construction and design disciplines since our inception in 2011. The Reliance Team has the ability to

primarily self-perform many aspects of the work described in the solicitation, therefore, we feel we would

be a valuable asset and resource to this project. Reliance Construction has performed multiple

government contracts and is almost exclusively a Federal Contractor performing work for AFSPC,

NAVFSC, USACE, DOS, DOD and many other non-DOD federal agencies in CONUS and increasingly

in OCONUS locations.

B. Williams Resources Inc. and Reliance Construction Management Company entered into a Joint Venture

agreement to create Reliance Team Joint Venture. B. Williams Resources Inc. is a construction company with

a primary focus in civil work, specializing in concrete, roadwork repair, storm water management,

excavation, culvert replacement, reinforcement steel and site work preparation. Reliance Construction is a

General Contractor with the past performance and experience to deliver in a wide range of construction

activities to include architectural renovations, roofing, and utility work.
